STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY:
Packages shipped by parcel (UPS/Fedex/USPS)

CANCELLATIONS CHARGES:

    • Prior to order processing: FREE
    • After processing, before delivery: $17 per package 
    • Refusal at time of delivery, see return policy.
    • After delivery, see return policy.

WRONG ADDRESS:

We are not responsible for any cost associated with delivery if the provided address is not correct. Always double-check!

If the incorrect address is fixed before order processing, we will be happy to update it at no charge. If the order has been processed, the cost for a package redirect can cost between $15 and $30 per package.

If the order is delivered to an incorrect address, there is very little we can do. The carrier can attempt to recover these packages, but that is often not possible. Recovery by the customer is the best case if delivery is nearby. If the packages can not be recovered it is not our responsibility to reship them. A new order must be placed at the customer's expense.

FREIGHT SHIPPING POLICY:
Packages shipped by freight carrier

CANCELLATIONS CHARGES:

    • Prior to order processing: FREE
    • After processing, before delivery: Unknown. There can be large fees assessed by the freight carriers for cancellations that are out of our control. These fees will be passed on to the customer.
    • After delivery, see freight return policy.

WRONG ADDRESS:

We are not responsible for any cost associated with delivery if the provided address is not correct. Always double-check!

If the incorrect address is fixed before order processing, we will be happy to update it at no charge. If the order has left our facility, redirect fees can greatly vary on freight orders. We will do our best to work with the carrier to minimize cost, but any fees will be passed on to the customer.
