Allgold

Very beautiful canes of bright yellow with an occasional green stripe. This species has dark green variegated leaves.  Does not tolerate the cold well.

Phyllostachys Bambusoides 'Allgold' is a medium sized timber bamboo with bright golden-colored canes.

Canes are entirely golden yellow with occasional thin green stripes. Beautiful dark green leaves with golden stripes makes this bamboo absolutely breathe taking. Very striking effect in the landscape. It makes a beautiful container plant.

'Allgold' has sweet shoots which are good to eat and the large canes are erect and strong for crafts or larger structures.
